And the truth is that this part is also required to learn as regular tennis skills by hands. And after prolonged and careful practice, even the most slow moving kids can move liked athletes.

What is agility?

Agility is the ability to change direction without losing balance, strength, speed and control of body.

Stages of movement

Liked stroke cycle, movement on court has a cycle also.

  • Standing
  • Start
  • Running/Shuffling
  • Stop
  • Recover
