For a strong adult intermediate, I would suggest a few key considerations to your racquet.

  • weight – heavy racquet btw 305g – 320g ( 10.6 to 11.3 oz )
  • standard length 27 inches.
  • head size 98 or 100 sq in.
  • beware the grip size, no too big
  • string select polyester e.g. tecnifibre black-code or solinco tour bite soft and hyper-g soft.
  • string tension first time pick a middle from the racquet tension suggestion.

I would suggest a few popular racquet.

Wilson Blade 98 16×19 V9, this is using by many professionals but most are ladies. HK$1990. Heavy, softer. Popular racquet also but someone said Wilson is soft and they don’t prefer the feel.

Babolat Pure Aero or Pure Drive, very popular esp. when Nadal still on his tour, $1890 – 2090, top, old but very successful racquet. there are many models and the retail shop may not have all, but choose the heaviest version of the model, that one should be more than 310g.

Head Gravity Pro 2025, new racquet, also used by pros, $1890, heavy, Head racquet may be good as used by many pros. I myself without experience.

On the other hand, I also suggest Dunlop, they are lower cost at $1500 or less, but the quality is comparable. Also used by some competitive professionals though they are mostly not top. Also I saw many local league players like this brand also.

Dunlop SX300 Tour 2025, $1590
